Catholic Social Teaching
Catholic Social Teaching is a an approach developed by the Catholic Church on matters of social justice. It emphasises principles such as human dignity, solidarity, community, peace and the common good. The teachings aim to guide our children and institutions in creating a just and compassionate society, addressing issues like poverty, inequality, and human rights, while promoting the well-being of all members of our local and global community.
Each half term, we focus on a different aspect of Catholic Social Teaching. Click on the links to see them in action in our school.
